We unconditionally guarantee our claim forms and HIPAA Sign-In System
against manufacturing defects. If any product is defective due to
manufacturing we will replace it at no cost.
Effective January 1, 2003 we will not accept returns on non defective
products. Please verify that the product you order is the correct one
for your use. We will not accept returns due to incorrect ordering.
If your receive the wrong product due to our error in shipping you must
call customer service for replacement and a return authorization number.
